Now that Instagram ads are public, and with Facebook’s targeting abilities for this platform, it’s expected that many brands will begin using this social platform for its expansive reach and active user base.

Mobile Video Ads

With video advertising on the rise as viewers shift from the TV to their phones, the mobile video market is expected to reach over $13 billion by 2020, according to Mashable.

Mobile Payments

By 2019, Forrestor predicts that mobile-based payments in the U.S. will reach $142 billion in volume. “Brands and apps will integrate mobile payment features to appeal to the growing base of mobile-first consumers,” Mashable reports.
